Who we are
This store is run by BRK Lifestyle, Freeganj, Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh 271801. We decide how your personal data is used, as described here.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order details when you buy from us. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
If analytics and advertising tags are switched on, Google and Meta receive information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and products added to the cart.
Why we use it
To process, deliver and support your orders; to keep tax and accounting records that the law requires; to prevent fraud; and, only with your consent, to send you offers.
Who we share it with
Razorpay (payments), Shiprocket and courier partners (delivery), our email provider (order updates), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, when switched on). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to our grievance officer below and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and your browser
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. Analytics and advertising tags, when switched on, may set cookies of their own.
